Winter Semester: Nov 30th, 2020 to Mar 6th, 2021 Schedule: Wed (1x per week) at 4:45PM to 5:45PM This class teaches Traditional Chinese 繁體字 with introduction to zhuyin 注音. Suitable for students who speak fluent Mandarin. Mandarin support at home is mandatory for homework assignments. This class uses the textbook series Hello華語 designed by Kang Hsuan 康軒出版社 Educational Publisher from Taiwan. The curriculum incorporates studies of Chinese characters, interactive discussions, vocabulary word games, theme stories, Chinese cultural studies and more. Assessment of Mandarin fluency will be required for any new student. Please use the Contact Us form to schedule an assessment with us. This class meets once a week, 60-min each time.
Participants must be 5 years to 12 years old when the program starts.
